Come and hear about some of your alma mater’s sustainability initiatives over a delicious lunch. You’ll also have an opportunity to win some awesome “green” prizes from the University of Idaho Bookstore!

Bay 13 is a modern seafood restaurant serving fish from sustainable sources. Located in the historic 1909 Crane Warehouse building in Portland’s Pearl District, Bay 13 combines serious food in an unpretentious environment. The menu reflects the passion of Executive Chef David Ezelle. Ezelle offers contemporary seafood dishes with international influences. Bay 13 is not open to the public for lunch, so it's exclusively Vandals on May 21st!

Cost is $25/person and includes the following menu:

Butter Lettuce Salad with Arugula, Olives, Capers, Reggiano & Lemon-Garlic Vinaigrette
Shrimp Penne Primavera with Spring Vegetables & Lemon-Reggiano Cream (available without Shrimp for Vegetarian Option)
